Endora Commerce against the rest of the market.
Comparisons with the platforms that most often make the shortlist when a B2B system is picked. Each one looks at the same things: negotiated prices, company hierarchies and ERP integration — the places where Endora Commerce was designed for business-to-business selling rather than adapted to it from B2C. For every platform we also spell out the situations where it is the better choice.

B2B One vs Endora Commerce — which one to pick for B2B
A Polish B2B platform delivered as SaaS with a very wide scope (transactional CRM, quoting, field-visit planning and loyalty), set against a one-off implementation where the code lands in your own repository. With the three- and five-year bill worked out, and a package table that changes a lot.

Aug 2026 · 25 min readShopware 6 vs Endora Commerce — which one to pick for B2B
Shopware has native quote requests and order approval, so the comparison shifts elsewhere: to the licence cost worked out over one year and three, to the Polish context (KSeF, Comarch, Subiekt, PayU) and to what you actually give up by dropping down to the free Community Edition.

Aug 2026 · 31 min readWhat we compare on
Every comparison runs through the same four criteria, so they can be read side by side. All four are judged from a B2B selling point of view, because that is where platforms originally built for a retail shop tend to come apart.
Performance
What actually drives response times in B2B: how well caching holds up once prices are company-specific, how the platform behaves on a large catalog, and the hardware it takes to keep that running.
Rollout and running cost
Licences, infrastructure, upgrades and team effort. We count the whole thing rather than the entry price — including the cost that only shows up at the next major version. For the record: an average Endora Commerce rollout runs at PLN 60–80k, with no licence fees.
Ease of extending
What it takes to add a new order status, a field on the order or a pricing rule: a change in the admin panel, a code deployment, or a project measured in weeks.
Integrations
ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS, PIM, payments, carriers and e-invoicing: what works out of the box, what you buy as an extension, what you have to write — and how the integration behaves when something goes wrong. Endora’s API layer is open enough that wiring up any of those systems is a matter of an adapter, not core changes.
