Endora Commerce
How it works

A working B2B platform in four weeks.

We start lean with an MVP so you see something real, fast. No year-long projects before the first result — and no lock-in.

WEEK 1

Discovery workshop

We meet for a workshop to map your needs, sales processes, systems and the scope of the MVP. You leave with a clear, agreed plan.

Needs mapping Process review MVP scope Up to 1 week
WEEKS 2–3

Spec-driven build

Each feature starts as a written specification. AI writes tests, code and docs against it — reviewed and steered by our engineers. Fast, consistent, documented.

Specifications AI-assisted coding Tests & docs Weekly check-ins
WEEK 4

Working prototype

We deliver a working prototype on your data and processes — storefront and admin — that you can click through and put in front of stakeholders.

Decide together

After four weeks we review results and decide jointly whether to continue as a full implementation — integrations, scale and go-live.

What you walk away with

01

A real platform

Not slides — a clickable storefront and admin running your scenarios.

02

Code you own

No vendor lock-in. The codebase and specs are yours, in your Git.

03

A clear decision

Evidence to decide on the full build, with a realistic roadmap and budget.

Common questions

Is a month really enough? +

For an MVP — yes. We deliberately scope a focused slice (your core buying flow, pricing and a key module) so you get a real, working result in four weeks, then expand from there.

How does AI-assisted development work here? +

We use Spec-Driven Development: every feature is written as a specification first, then AI generates tests, code and documentation against it — all reviewed and steered by our engineers.

Do we own the code? +

Yes. The platform lives in your Git repository (e.g. GitLab). No proprietary lock-in, no per-seat licence traps.

What about integrations with our ERP/PIM/WMS? +

The platform is integration-ready by design via clean APIs and an event model. Integrations are usually scoped after the MVP, in the full implementation phase.
