What the integration covers
- Product records: names, codes, attributes and categories flow between Optima and the platform catalog.
- Stock levels: kept current so the storefront never shows an item Optima has marked as unavailable.
- Prices: price lists and individual contract terms sync from Optima into the pricing engine.
- Sales documents: orders placed on the platform flow back into Optima in the agreed document format.
- Delivery mechanism: built on the partner API and webhook events, the same contract every adapter uses.
How the sync scope gets defined
Optima is a broad system, and not every company needs every field synced. The scope and direction of each data flow (what moves from Optima to the platform, what moves back, and how often) gets agreed during the discovery workshop, before the adapter is built.
This is the same integration layer that Subiekt GT, Stripe, PayU and every other connector run on: a module registers with the platform, gets its own settings and permissions, and the core stays untouched.
