What the integration covers
- Sales invoices: documents issued in the shop reach Subiekt 123 after order confirmation.
- No intermediate files: data flows directly — no CSV export or manual import.
- KSeF: when routing points to Subiekt, submission to Poland’s national e-invoicing system happens on Insert’s side.
- Admin-panel setup: you configure the connection once in the shop admin panel.
How it differs from Subiekt GT
The Subiekt GT (ERP) integration covers a wider trade-and-warehouse sync of master data, stock and orders. Subiekt 123 covers handing invoices to the accounting system — a separate integration with a different scope.
The integration uses the same module model as KSeF or wFirma: you enable it in the admin panel and the platform core stays untouched.
